Company Details : When the Qatar Business Directory was published in 1997, I was convinced that it would be around for a long time. The Business Directory is updated every year to help you find your own customer and in such a way that the customer realizes you have merchandize or services that he needs. I encourage sales people to understand that once this book is referred to, you will begin to get the full gist of it. It is not something you want to preserve, it is something you want to use and "wear out" with use. Remember when you use the Qatar Business Directory you are investing time, not spending it.

Job Description

  Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain heavy, mid and light cleaning equipment.
 
·         Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
 
·         Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
 
·         Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machines.
 
·         Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
 
·         Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
 
·         Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
 
·         Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
 
·         Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
 
·         Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
 
·         Implement preventative maintenance measures.
 
·         Maintain inventory control of equipment tools and parts.
 
·         Perform regular inspection to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs and replacement.
 
·         Make sure All electric machines are PAT (portable appliance testing) Tested
 
·         Give suggestion/training to staff how to use machines in proper way.
 
·         Complete inspections of Machinery discuss with Line Manager.
 
·         Checking machines materials handling, stocking, shipping, receiving, loading and unloading.
 
·         Checking machines pre & post job checklists every day.
 
·         Any other assignments related to the same field.
